Since we started the Ginard Ballester project, our Petit Verdot has been the house’s specialty. We believe that the high calcium carbonate content of our Finca Altamira, helps a lot to the drinkability of a variety that is usually overly structured. In this Universo version, we seek to show him as naked as possible, resulting even then an intense but friendly wine, with a lot of energy.
